Remington Tonar is the Co-founder of Cart.com, the leading unified commerce and supply chain solutions provider serving customers ranging from celebrated brands and retailers to federal government agencies. Since its inception four years ago, Cart.com has grown to over 1,500 employees, 6,000 customers, $400M in revenue and a $1.2B valuation. Remington was the company’s founding Chief Financial Officer and has served as its Chief Operating Officer, Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at various stages of growth. Prior to starting Cart.com, Remington worked in early stage venture capital, startup acceleration and incubation, and corporate innovation consulting, with clients including Fortune 500 industrial firms, defense contractors and healthcare systems. He has written for Forbes as a Senior Contributor covering infrastructure and smart cities, is a Strategic Innovation Advisor at Fluor and an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at Rice University. He holds degrees from New York University, Loyola University Chicago, Marquette University and the University of Aberdeen.
